Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and leading the sales process from first contact through signed contract. This position requires strong experience in creating accurate construction estimates and proposals for both remodeling and new builds.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth goals
Identify and secure new remodeling and new home construction projects
Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals for residential projects (required)
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project scope
Interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications to develop accurate pricing
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners
Guide clients through design, budgeting, and project expectations
Collaborate with project managers for smooth project handoffs
Track sales pipeline, leads, and closing ratios
Stay up to date on market trends and materials pricing

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in construction sales
Proven experience creating estimates for remodeling and/or new home construction (required)
Strong understanding of residential construction processes from start to finish
Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and scope projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Highly motivated with a strong track record of closing sales

Experience in both remodeling and custom home building
Leadership or team management experience
Knowledge of the Central Minnesota housing market
