The salary range for this position is $33.50 - $37.26 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY

This role is for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced team overseeing Sephora NA + Kohl's accounts for Fenty Beauty and Fenty Fragrance. The coordinator leads essential administrative functions supporting retailer strategies, financial management, visual merchandising, and pricing, and is a crucial part of ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.

The role also contributes to business-driving functions like retailer activations, sales recaps, creative briefs, sampling strategy, budget management, and support for key meetings including Market Week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RETAILER MEETING SUPPORT

  • Assist with scheduling, research, slide development, agenda prep, and recaps for key retailer meetings.

ITEM SETUP

  • Own the end-to-end item setup process, including new product form submission in retailer platforms.

DOCUMENT & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

  • Manage key documents, forms, and information that are vital to smooth operations.
  • Maintain and communicate launch calendars.
  • Input data for markdown, promotions, RTV, Testers & Damages into appropriate trackers and complete related retailer forms.
  • Update, maintain, and communicate activation tracker information to cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate price changes to key stakeholders.

SAMPLING STRATEGY & BUDGET

  • Contribute to sampling strategy in partnership with Sr. Manager.
  • Manage sampling budgets, track variances, and make spend recommendations
  • Map out current and future MO budget needs by line item.
  • Develop pitches for Sephora Favorites Kits, Sephora Rewards, and other exclusive retailer programs.
  • Execute Sephora Favorites kits, including comp and document needs (NPF, copy verification, ingredient lists).

SALES RECAP

  • Contribute to weekly sales recaps, providing valuable insights that influence actions to drive the business.

CREATIVE BRIEFS

  • Support with drafting creative briefs for retailer activations such as digital playbooks and in-store animation fixtures.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPPORT

  • Assist with auditing engineering drawings, updating space planning documents, and contributing to localized creative briefs.

PRODUCT COMP REQUESTS

  • Own management of retailer comp requests for activations and their key meetings such as seasonal assortment reviews.

VIP ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead VIP account management, including order submission and payment status updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty or fashion
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare
  • Must have proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and basic Excel functions.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills knowledge of retail math preferred (margin calculations, YOY variances, run rate, WOS, etc)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities a must
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate opportunities and challenges
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
