We run hurricane-impact window installs and full home remodels across Southwest Florida. The work is here. The leads are real. We need a closer who knows how to sit at a kitchen table and earn the sale.
This is not a call center. This is not door-knocking. You run pre-set, in-home appointments with homeowners who already requested an estimate.

What you'll do
-Run roughly 20 pre-qualified in-home appointments per month (primarily window replacement, some general remodeling)
-Measure, present, and quote on-site using our system
-Build trust fast, handle objections, and close clean
-Follow up on warm pipeline

What we pay

-10% commission on every job you close
-Window jobs in this market routinely run $12,000$35,000+. Close one full-home window package and your commission is $1,200$3,500+ on a single appointment.
-Uncapped. The more you close, the more you make. Strong closers clear serious money on part-time hours.
-Paid promptly per job. 1099 contractor role.

What you need

-Prior in-home sales experience in residential remodeling, windows, roofing, solar, or a related home-improvement trade
-A reliable car and valid license (you're driving to homes daily)
-Clean, professional presence - you're the face of the company in someone's living room
-Self-motivated. You manage your own schedule and own your numbers.
