Were seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
• Ride alongs and in field coaching
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
  
  

Requirements

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) required
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• W2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+
• Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)
• Full-time, weekends required
• Field-based role
