NOW HIRING Nursery / Garden Center Sales Associate & Maintenence

We are looking for the right person to join our retail nursery team.

This is a customer-focused position in a laid back, no-drama work environment where everyone works together and gets along well. Were looking for someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and solid knowledge of Florida plants and landscaping.

What were looking for:
Knowledge of Florida plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, etc.
Friendly, energetic, and easy-going personality
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Customers always come first at our nursery
Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision
Reliable transportation
Able to work outdoors in Florida heat, rain, humidity, and changing weather conditions
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
Team player who works well with others in a relaxed, drama-free environment

Physical Requirements:
This is an active, physical job that requires heavy lifting, loading/unloading plants and materials, walking, standing, bending, and working outdoors throughout the day

Applicants should be comfortable with physically demanding work in all types of Florida weather conditions
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys plants, enjoys working with people, and likes staying active throughout the day.
