The Opportunity
We are one of the top 50 pool builders in the country and we have never run an ad to get there. Every client we have came through word of mouth or a returning customer. That reputation took decades to build, and we protect it by hiring people who share our values.

We are now looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of an existing book of 400500 residential and commercial pool customers. These are warm relationships people who trust us and already need work done. Your job is to show up, listen, and help them get it.

This is not a cold-calling role. There is no territory to build from scratch. You walk in on day one with a full account base and a pipeline of renovation, repair, and equipment replacement opportunities ready to be closed.

What You Will Do
Manage and grow an existing base of 400500 pool service customers
Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, renovations, and repairs
Conduct on-site consultations and provide accurate, professional estimates
Coordinate closely with our service and installation teams
Build long-term relationships that drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
Represent our brand with the same integrity that built our reputation

What We Are Looking For
2+ years of sales or account management experience home services industry a strong plus
Consultative approach you solve problems, not just sell products
Comfortable working in the field, visiting residential and commercial properties
Self-motivated and organized; able to manage a large account base independently
Basic understanding of pool systems helpful we will train the right candidate
Professional, reliable, and customer-first in everything you do
