  • Drive net-new business by prospecting, presenting, and closing mid-market clients (50+ employees) within an assigned territory
  • Build and manage relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers through face-to-face, consultative selling
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to close and handoff through implementation
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of in-person meetings and exceed defined sales goals
  • Earn a $100,000 on-target salary ($80,000 base + $20,000 supplemental) plus uncapped commission
