Our client, a woman-owned IT Consulting firm in business for over 25 years, is looking to hire an experienced IT Staffing Selling Manager in NJ or Eastern PA.

Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years IT staffing sales experience.
• Proven track record acquiring new clients/logos and/or developing new business within existing accounts.
• Highly earnings motivated
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to help build, coach & mentor a sales team.

Preferred Background & Skills:

• IT Staffing Agency experience
• Experience in the NJ/Eastern PA region.
• Focus on relationship-based, direct contact with managers, non-MSP business.
