Counter Sales Representative HVAC Parts

Job Summary

We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our HVAC parts team in Lubbock, TX. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, identifying HVAC replacement parts, and supporting day-to-day branch operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience working with HVAC equipment, parts, or wholesale distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and contractors with HVAC parts inquiries
• Process sales orders, quotes, and customer transactions
• Identify and source HVAC replacement parts and equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment
• Receive and organize incoming shipments
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to fulfill orders
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, parts sales, or HVAC industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and replacement parts is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
