Champion Window - Sales Manager

Champion Home Exteriors continues to grow! Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to help drive our continued growth.

As Sales Manager for Champion, you will lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained sales representatives. While this is a producing role, your primary responsibility will be the daily management of sales activities throughout the territory. You will perform sales meetings and training sessions. Ride with your team members on sales calls, evaluate and improve sales results. You will work directly with the Division Manager to help outline and determine strategies for sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Factory Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals. Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching. Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations. Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team. Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment. Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team. (In-home sales a plus)!
  • Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.
