Fletcher Home is a multi-million dollar, high-end remodeling companyand were growing fast. Were expanding our Call Center Team and looking for driven, high-energy individuals who know how to connect, communicate, and convert conversations into opportunities.

**About the Role**
Youll be the **first impression** for our customers. This position is 100% phone-based, where youll speak with homeowners, answer questions, and schedule free consultations for our In-Home Sales team.

Youre not selling a productyoure opening the door to the opportunity. And as they say *you only get one chance to make a great first impression.*

**What Youll Be Doing**

* Reconnecting with customers who previously had a consultation but werent ready to move forward
* Calling warm leads who are already interested in our services (**no cold calling**)
* Handling inbound calls and following up with customer inquiries
* Building rapport and using your sales skills to schedule appointments
* Meeting and exceeding daily & monthly performance goals
* Attending daily team meetings to review metrics and priorities
* Keeping accurate records in LeadPerfection

**What Were Looking For**

* Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, persuasive)
* Sales-driven and motivated by goals and earnings
* Resilientyou handle rejection and keep pushing forward
* High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
* Coachable and eager to learn
* Reliable and punctual
* Open availability
* Call center or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
