Our client, located in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Business Development Specialist join their growing team.
This position will drive client growth through relationship-based outreach and community partnerships . This is not a transactional sales role the position serves as a trusted advisor to their clients and will assist in growing their footprint in the Middle TN market.
Duties:
Location: Brentwood (hybrid, field based role)
Pay: $60k-$70k base + incentive (based on experience)

Duties:
- Build and maintain referral partnerships across healthcare and community networks
- Conduct outreach via in-person visits, calls, events, and ongoing follow-up
- Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Guide families through care options using a consultative approach
- Conduct client assessments and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle from initial inquiry through start of service
- Track pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and referral engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth with staffing capacity
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship management
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, in home health care, or referral-based industry preferred
- CRM experience and proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
