Our locion in Long Island, NY currently has an opportunity for an Acute Care Sales Representive in our Therapeutic Nutrition division.
The primary role of this position is to execute stregies to drive sales and expand product market share of Ensure, Glucerna, Juven and specialty products brands. Responsible for targeted Hospital accounts also including select Outpient clinics such as Oncology, Wound and Bariric accounts. Key stakeholders such as: Nutrition Services, Nursing, Quality, Merials Management, Physicians, and nutrition-reled task forces and committees. Responsible for providing current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Abbott products and effectively communicing the clinical and economic benefits.
Responsibilities
Full ownership of acute care accounts, wound clinics, and podiry offices
Executing stregic sales initiives designed to exceed established sales goals.
Work closely with District Manager and cross-functional / interdisciplinary teams to execute the stregic account plan
Prioritizing the utilizion of resources to drive return on investment
Utilizing Abbott Nutrition promotional merials and clinical studies to effectively communice the clinical and scientific benefits of Abbott Nutrition products to targeted healthcare professionals
Plan and organize to maximize focus on top priorities
Territory
The ideal candide will live in the Long Island, NY area
Territory covers Long Island, NY area
5-10% overnight travel for Regional/Nional meetings and trainings

Educion and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
2-3+ years of sales or relevant clinical experience
Selling experience across a wide range of Health Care Professionals in Hospital setting/environment
Clinical/Healthcare experience (RN/RD)
Strong Business acumen demonstred through solid understanding of the healthcare landscape
Excellent oral communicion skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizional skills
