As we continue to grow, were seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative ready to build strong relationships and drive new businessall while earning unlimited income through commissions and bonuses.
Position Overview
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who thrive on results. Youll be responsible for generating new commercial cleaning contracts and building long-term client relationships. Youll have the flexibility to work independently while benefiting from recurring commissions and performance-based bonuses.
Compensation Structure
100% Commission No Base Salary
Hybrid Commission Based on Revenue & Profitability:
- 5% Commission on the net profit generated by the contract after overhead costs
- +5% Bonus if the contract achieves a 40%+ profit margin
Recurring Monthly Commission:
- 5% of the monthly value is agreed to be paid every month for the contract duration
Example: 5% of $1,000/month = $50/month, paid for 12 months = $600 total
Bonus for Client Longevity or Quality:
- $250 Bonus if a client stays for 6 months or longer
- Additional bonuses for high-margin or large accounts
Commission is paid monthly as long as the client remains with LM Cleaning Services LLP.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning opportunities
Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility directors
Conduct on-site walkthroughs and present customized cleaning proposals
Negotiate and close contracts
Maintain strong follow-up and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with operations to ensure service success
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (preferably in commercial cleaning, facility, or service industries)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
Reliable transportation required
Familiarity with janitorial or facility services is a plus
