Job Description

Own the West Little Rock market as Director of Sales & Marketing at Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock, where youll drive revenue for 251 two-room suites and 13,442 square feet of flexible meeting space in the heart of the business district near the I-430/I-630 junction. With an easy-to-sell storyfree madetoorder breakfast, complimentary evening reception, on-site sports bar, and convenient access to downtown, River Market, and Pinnacle Mountainyoull lead the strategy, coach the team, and turn great amenities into loyal guests and booked calendars.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales and Event professionalsguiding performance, coaching growth, and ensuring alignment with Atriums core values.
  • Drive revenue by generating new group leads and building strong client relationships through proactive outreach, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Revenue Management to shape the hotels pricing and inventory strategies as part of the Revenue Strategy Team.
  • Act as the propertys marketing leadowning the look, feel, and message across social media, digital, print, and third-party sites (unless a shared services team supports the property).
  • Provide financial oversight of the sales department, including budgeting, forecasting, and participating in financial reviews.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Enterprise Sales and stay involved in the community to enhance hotel visibility and partnerships.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience: Because leading a high-performing team requires credibility, insight, and a deep understanding of hospitality sales cycles.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals: You Will need a strong individual contributor mindset with the ability to scale success across your team.
  • Experience with all major market segments (Group, Transient, Social Events): Because a great DOSM is agile across all verticals.
  • Proficiency in sales systems like Delphi.fdc/CI/TY and ProfitSword: Tech fluency enables smarter decisions and better forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Because leadership is about influence, not just authority.
