This is a true Sales Manager-level opportunity — not a back-office or traditional BDC role. The right candidate will work directly alongside dealership leadership and the sales desk while playing an active role in the dealership’s overall sales operation.
We are looking for a proven automotive professional with an understanding of modern dealership technology, advanced lead management, CRM execution, digital communication, and high-conversion sales processes at an expert level.

Energetic leader with the ability to train, motivate and retain a successful sales team.
Proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will work closely with dealership leadership and the sales team, playing a key role in supporting and driving the dealership's overall sales operations
Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams.
Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.
Qualifications:
High-volume dealership, Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).
Ford experience preferred
The ideal candidate will work closely with dealership leadership and the sales team, playing a key role in supporting and driving the dealership's overall sales operations
Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team.
Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
