Take people on test drives and show off what makes each vehicle special
Walk customers through the whole journey — from "just browsing" to driving off the lot
Negotiate deals and explain financing, lease options, and insurance in plain, simple language
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails to keep the momentum going
Handle your paperwork — contracts, registrations, finance apps — keeping everything clean and accurate
Stay sharp on new models, industry trends, and manufacturer updates so you're always the smartest person in the room
Qualifications The Right Fit
You don't need a résumé full of car sales experience. You need the right stuff:
No experience necessary — we'll train you from the ground up
Bilingual? That's a major plus! Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog — bring it
Clean driving record required — you'll be behind the wheel of some seriously nice cars
