Inside Sales / Paint Counter Associate

Complete Auto Care is hiring a reliable and motivated person for our Huntington Station auto body paint and supply store.

This position is mainly inside sales and counter support, with occasional assistance with deliveries, customer follow-up, online orders, and general store duties as needed.

Duties may include:
Customer service and counter sales
Mixing automotive paint
Selling paint, clears, primers, abrasives, and auto body supplies
Answering phones and taking customer orders
Recommending products based on customer needs
Helping with inventory, stocking, and store organization
Learning our online store and order process
Occasional deliveries or customer/shop visits as needed

Experience in auto body paint, collision supplies, automotive parts, or retail sales is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Applicant should be reliable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with body shops, painters, and walk-in customers.

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience.
