Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Meet with business decision-makers to understand hiring needs, identify workforce challenges, and present tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations while maintaining strong margins and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open positions with client companies.
- Manage and grow an active book of business to drive repeat orders, long-term partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Maintain high activity levels, track sales metrics, and consistently work toward performance goals.

- Confident negotiation skills and comfort discussing pricing, terms, and service value.

- Self-motivated approach with a desire to build a long-term career in sales and staffing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous staffing, recruiting, or employment agency experience.
