We are seeking a driven Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Meet with business owners, executives, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate placement terms, rates, and service agreements while managing profitability and client expectations.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to open positions secured through client partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to drive repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.
- Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline management, and follow-up to achieve performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, high-volume recruiting, or a related client-facing role.

- Resilience, persistence, and motivation to succeed in a metrics-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, employment services, or workforce solutions.
- B2B sales experience with a track record of developing new accounts.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM systems, or sales pipeline management.
- Interest in long-term career growth within sales leadership or branch management.
