Vice President of Sales - Pharmaceuticals

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Lead, mentor, and manage regional and key account sales teams
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors
Oversee sales forecasting, budgets, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in pharmaceutical distribution
Proven success driving revenue growth and managing multi-regional teams
Deep knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical market, distribution channels, and regulations
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in contract negotiations, RFPs, and strategic partnerships
Track record of leading large teams in a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
Salary: $250,000-$300,000/year
