Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon, the world's best known surf shop and active lifestyle brand, is currently seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team! Meet people from all over the world, enjoy busy days with a wide variety of duties and work for a known industry leader.

This position is for our 3p-12a SEASONAL Shift and offer a starting pay rate of $17/hr. As full time seasonal sales associates we offer consistent schedules, associate discounts and paid time off.

Our Sales Associates must:

Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.

Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing.

Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.

Be able to be stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.

Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings (depending on shift).

Able to commit to a regular schedule.
