Zoom Auto Sales is an established, top-rated, and growing independent used car dealership in Midvale, Utah, looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to join our team. We've built up a large, well-stocked inventory and consistently move a high volume of vehicles, and we're still expanding. For the right salesperson, that means plenty of cars on the lot to sell today, with even more opportunity to grow your earnings as the business keeps scaling.This role is for someone who already knows how to sell cars. You should be comfortable greeting customers, working leads, managing the sales process from first contact through delivery, and partnering with our F&I team to close clean, profitable deals. We are looking for a professional who puts customer satisfaction first and treats this as a long-term career. Compensation: Commission only with minimum wage guarantee. Expected $60,000 to $130,000+ per year. Our current sales team averages around $80,000 annually.Schedule: 5 day work week (Sundays + your choice of one additional day off)Sign-On Bonus: $1,000Experience Required: Prior automotive sales experience is mandatory. Applications from candidates without dealership sales experience will not be considered.What You Will DoGreet every customer who arrives on the lot and create a welcoming experienceMake customer satisfaction your top priority on every interactionFollow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and emailsGuide customers through the sales process from selection through deliveryCoordinate with our F&I team on financing, warranty, and product presentationsComplete sale paperwork accurately and on timeSet and confirm appointments, answer inbound calls, and assist with vendor inquiries when neededHelp with lot operations during slower periods, including moving vehicles, checking inventory, and preparing cars for customer appointmentsWhat You Will NeedRequired: Prior automotive sales experience at a dealership.
