Retail Sales Associate Company: Buzz Wireless - Boost Mobile Location: 2007 North Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602 Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour plus commission About the Opportunity Buzz Wireless, an authorized Boost Mobile retailer, is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our sales team in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a sales-focused position for individuals who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and helping people find the products and services that best meet their needs. We are looking for self-starters who are motivated by goals, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are driven to increase sales while providing excellent customer service. Previous sales experience is preferred and appreciated; however, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide a structured training period for individuals who are new to sales and eager to learn. Essential Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service Identify customer needs and recommend Boost Mobile products and services Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Promote wireless plans, devices, accessories, and related services Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions Assist with store operations, merchandising, and inventory management Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales goals Dependable and professional work ethic Retail or sales experience preferred but not required Must be willing to participate in training and skill development Reliable transportation and cellular service is a must.
