Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts. Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting. Work to build partnerships with distributors to increase sales pipelines. Upsell customers on repair services and the purchase of new or refurbished equipment. Qualifications of the Inside Sales Account Manager: Proficient in using a custom Sales CRM database to manage accounts. Ability to type at least 30 WPM and proficient in computer skills. Strong product knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
