PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT / SALES ASSOCIATE

Immediate Hire Approximately 20 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and professional Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.

Schedule:

* Monday through Friday
* Approximately 4 hours per day
* No weekends

Job Duties:

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Perform general office and administrative duties
* Assist with social media marketing initiatives
* Advertise properties and products through online channels
* Conduct showings of vacant rental units for prospective tenants
* Promote and sell household goods and merchandise
* Provide customer service and support sales activities

Requirements:

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
* Proficient with computers and comfortable using technology
* Familiarity with ChatGPT and related AI tools
* Ability to create and post advertisements on social media and online platforms
* Excellent spelling, grammar, and written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current insurance required
* Must possess a laptop or tablet
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor
* Professional business-casual appearance

Experience Preferred:

* Previous sales experience
* Customer service experience
* Social media marketing experience
