About the RoleThe Sales Associe, Veterinary Endoscopy is a professional sales support role designed to develop strong technical expertise while supporting sales growth across the Western U.S. This position emphasizes hands-on training and clinical support for daily-use endoscopy equipment, including GI scopes, rigid scopes, and integred video systems .
Through comprehensive classroom, virtual, and field-based trainingincluding KSVEA-sponsored labs and third-party educional programsthe Sales Associe will build deep product knowledge and clinical confidence. Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing KSVEA , the Associe works closely with customers, veterinary technicians, leading veterinarians, and corpore accounts to support the continued expansion of veterinary endoscopy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Complete in-house and field training to develop comprehensive technical knowledge of KSVEA product lines
- Deliver hands-on training to veterinary technicians on setup, use, troubleshooting, disassembly, cleaning, and sterilizion of GI and rigid scopes and video systems
- Build strong working relionships with Sales Associes, Account Managers, back-office teams, and Sales & Marketing leadership
- Attend and support required training programs, conferences, seminars, trade shows, and company events
- Maintain accure territory and activity records within KSVEAs CRM system
- Analyze sales and territory da to identify trends, growth opportunities, and potential challenges
- Monitor competitive activity and provide timely feedback to Sales & Marketing leadership
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accure documention for product sales, transfers, and returns
- Complete administrive, reporting, and compliance requirements accurely and on time
- Provide onsite support for new installions and field assistance with equipment performance issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High level of self-motivion with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communicion abilities
- Strong organizional skills, including priority management and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in computer-based systems and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflict professionally
- Valid drivers license required; passport preferred for occasional internional travel
- Bachelors degree in a scientific, technical, or business-reled field
- 35 years of sales experience , preferably in medical, surgical, OR, or capital equipment environments
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to travel 4060% , including occasional weekends
- Certificion as a Veterinary Technician
