Sales Representative Used Car Dealership

USED CAR DEALERSHIP SALES REPRESENTATIVE (JACKSONVILLE, FL)

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ per year (Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

Established Independent Used Car Dealership in Jacksonville, Duval County is looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Automotive sales experience is REQUIRED. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of recent automotive dealership sales experience. Candidates with 5+ years of experience in the used car business are strongly preferred.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience required (5+ years preferred)

Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills

Experience handling internet leads, phone leads, walk-in traffic, and CRM systems

Experience working with lenders and financing customers is a strong plus

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Must be motivated to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Professional appearance and attitude

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be available to work Saturdays

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on the lot and by phone

Build strong relationships with customers

Present vehicle options, features, and financing solutions

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads

Maintain CRM records and customer communication

Work with lenders to help customers secure financing

Negotiate and close vehicle sales

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
