Inside Sales Rep

Salary: $15/hour base pay + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE $75k+), plus health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) Job Summary: Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage warm inbound leads and existing customer accounts from their Coconut Creek, FL office. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on closing business, building repeat customer relationships, and growing existing accounts. This is not a cold-calling or high-volume call center environment. All leads are warm and include inbound inquiries, quote requests, and repeat customers. The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, money-motivated, and comfortable building relationships over the phone with contractors and commercial customers. Job Responsibilities: Follow up on inbound sales inquiries and quote requests Manage existing customer accounts and secure repeat business Build relationships with contractors and commercial end users Present products and close sales over the phone Upsell additional products and services when appropriate Maintain accurate order and customer information Manage pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-up Coordinate with internal teams to support customer orders Qualifications: Previous inside sales, customer service, or phone sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a commission-driven sales environment Motivated by earning potential and career growth Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously Experience working with contractors, industrial customers, or commercial accounts is a plus About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing company serving contractors, facilities teams, and commercial end users across a growing national customer base.
