Client Services Manager Hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale or New York (preferably). What will you do? Collaborate with sales partner to follow through on their initial business development efforts and solidify partnership with the new client. Collaborate with internal MSH colleagues to manage the end-to end lifecycle of the sales process & delivery commitments. Continuously expand MSH footprint and service offerings into newly acquired and existing partnerships. Become a business partner to our customers by staying informed of emerging market trends and technology knowledge, and providing solutions that position them for successful project completion. Participate in the full-life cycle recruitment including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, understanding market trends, offer development and negotiation presentation, and on boarding of candidates. Evaluate competencies, background, technical skills, and culture fit of each individual. Work with the MSH India Intelligence Team for market research and candidate sourcing. Create innovative ways to reach out to potential candidates and market candidates to clients. Understand micro & macro market trends and build sourcing and engagement strategies. Manage the candidate experience through empathy, transparency, and a deep understanding of our candidates' hopes and desires. Participate in all continuous training initiatives, prioritizing your personal and professional development. Requirements: 3+ years' experience in consulting or account management, with a track record of delivering successful projects. 4+ years' of recruiting and/or talent acquisition experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage contracts and pricing negotiations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to clients.
