Outside Sales Representative $150K-$200K Base | 5-25% Annual Bonus | Company Vehicle Location: Washington State | Everett to Olympia Territory Our client is a growing environmental and industrial services company seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships throughout Washington State. What You'll Do Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field activity Manage and grow existing customer accounts Conduct site visits, facility walkthroughs, and project evaluations Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations Build relationships with contractors, municipalities, facility managers, and commercial customers Partner with operations teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline management What You Bring 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer relationships Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfortable working in both industrial job sites and professional office environments Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory Preferred Industry Experience Environmental Services Industrial Services Waste Management Construction Services Stormwater or Utility Services Equipment Rental Facilities Services Why Join?
