Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy goals Generate and nurture qualified leads through various channels including referral networks, community outreach, and digital marketing Accurately complete and execute contractual documentation Conduct professional tours of the community for prospective residents and their families Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in CRM system Complete market analysis annually Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all admission documentation - including coordination with the resident, responsible party, family member, or designated power of attorney. Responsible for the preparation, organization, and ongoing maintenance of admission packets. Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and their families throughout the sales process Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction Participate in local networking events and industry associations Operations & Administration Partner with team members across the community to foster a culture of hospitality Communicate sales trends, move ins, and assessments on a daily basis Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular reports on occupancy, lead generation, and conversion rates Collaborate with corporate marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding resident admissions Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly operational reviews Abides by the company Always Behaviors All other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study such as business or marketing. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in senior living or healthcare preferred Required Qualifications Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing occupancy Strong understanding of senior living industry regulations and best practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Personal Qualities Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with seniors and families Empathetic and patient approach to working with elderly population Strong ethical standards and decision-making abilities Results-driven with excellent time management skills Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
