Now we're looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to coach people, lead from the front, and bring structure to a fast-moving team.
This role is not about sitting behind a desk reviewing spreadsheets all day. It's hands-on, field-based leadership. You'll spend a lot of time working directly alongside the team through ride-alongs, coaching conversations, training sessions, and real-time feedback.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys developing salespeople, improving systems, and helping a team perform at a higher level. Someone who notices small details, likes fixing broken processes, and gets energized by creating structure where things feel messy or inconsistent.
You'll partner closely with our Sales Director to help strengthen how the sales team operates, trains, communicates, and grows.
The team itself is loud, energetic, competitive, relationship-driven, and full of personality. The right person for this role knows how to step into that environment, earn trust, bring accountability, and still keep things fun.
