Outside Sales Representative Location Lakewood NJ Compensation $85,000 to $105,000 base salary Uncapped commission First year OTE $120,000 to $130,000 Mileage reimbursement 401K with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Why This Opportunity Stands Out Walk into an established territory with existing key accounts Strong earning potential with uncapped commission High-visibility role with autonomy and growth opportunity Industry leader with a strong reputation and long-term stability Mix of relationship management, business development, and strategic sales growth What You'll Be Doing Manage and grow an existing book of installer and automotive customer accounts Build strong long-term relationships with customers throughout the territory Drive year-over-year sales growth within assigned accounts Travel daily throughout the South San Francisco territory, meeting with customers Present promotions, sales initiatives, and new product offerings Identify growth opportunities through CRM reporting and sales analysis Prospect and develop new business opportunities Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively Partner closely with branch managers and inside sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service Assist customers with product training and online ordering adoption Create and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans What They're Looking For 5+ years of outside sales experience Experience within automotive distribution, wholesale distribution, parts distribution, or logistics required Automotive aftermarket experience strongly preferred Strong relationship-building and customer-facing experience Proven success growing accounts and hitting aggressive sales goals CRM experience required Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience Ideal Backgrounds Automotive aftermarket sales Auto parts distribution Wholesale distribution Logistics sales Dealership relationship management This is an excellent opportunity for a driven outside sales professional looking to join a stable but rapidly growing organization with strong leadership, existing business to inherit, and significant earning potential.
