Diese Stelle wird sich in erster Linie auf unsere Anwendungen im Bereich Motive Power konzentrieren, die Flurforderzeuge und Hubwagen, Schienengerate, Bergbaugerate und Gerate zur Bodenversorgung von Fluggesellschaften umfassen. Zu den Marken im Bereich Motive Power gehoren Hawker, Ironclad, General Battery und Fiamm. EnerSys bietet fur alle Anwendungen, fur die Antriebskraft benotigt wird, die perfekte Energielosung.
Develop and Implement the sales/service and/or business plan and develop, structure and manager the assigned area/unit with in the overall business strategy, in order to realize commercial and business objectives
Responsible for finding sales representation, training the representatives in solution-selling and leading by example in the development of major accounts
Must meet or exceed the sales goals as set forth by the VP of Sales & Marketing and maintain a strong, profitable growing sales program within the assigned geography
Exercise discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the Sales & Service area
Find suitable representation for all markets within the assigned geography
Train the field staff in solution-selling skills necessary to sell at good profit margins
Lead by example in the development of major accounts
Be a liaison between the company and the field representatives
Facilitate the business process and assist with problem resolution
Attaining sales, service, and signed contract quotas
Price negotiation
Keep up to date on competitor products and activity
Design and present presentations to meet customers' expectations
Handle all reporting and forecasting functions
Develop direct sales
Work with operations on varying issues from cost approvals to expediting
Assist/manage with the workload, sales activity, account responsibilities, travel, expenses, reports for sales staff
Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
Increase market share and position the company as the first choice preferred partner
Product and market strategy evolution through research, development, and introduction of complementary product and services to enhance market and technology positioning
Able and willing to travel to customer sites and service centers
Scope of territory could vary
Extensive travel

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a related field
10+ years of proven sales experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications/computers
Effective communication and presentation skill
Able to take a leadership role|strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic math and accounting skills
Able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish, develop and expand upon relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within a customer organization
Well-developed business analytical skills and demonstrated track record in delivering results against budgets and timeframes
Preferred Qualifications
Material handling knowledge and electrical experience preferred
