Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to manage client relationships, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction while driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure client satisfaction

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products and services effectively

Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

2-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
