WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to close across SMB and enterprise accounts. Sell Futurism's portfolio of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed IT services. Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting. Develop strategic relationships with C-suite and VP-level buyers across BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations. Represent Futurism at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience IT services, digital transformation, cloud, or SaaS strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals Comfortable selling solutions not just products with the ability to connect business pain to technology outcomes Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and a structured, process-driven sales approach Excellent communicator confident presenting to executives and building lasting client relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred Principals only.
