As part of our current market expansion, we are establishing a specialized corporate sales function to acquire and scale high-value institutional portfolios.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly seasoned Enterprise Account Director to lead revenue growth across a focused portfolio of strategic financial institution relationships. Success in this senior capacity is measured by large-scale client acquisition, retention, and wallet-share expansion within complex lending organizations, rather than transactional call volume.

Focus on Strategic Client Acquisition, Client Retention, and Expansion within high-value lender accounts.

Lead sophisticated, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles from initial discovery through operational onboarding with a goal of 2-3 new marquee institutional partnerships annually.

Partner with internal Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless client configuration and long-term retention.

Requirements

7+ years of elite enterprise sales, national business development, or corporate account management experience.

Proven track record navigating long, highly conservative sales cycles with banks, credit unions, or mortgage originators.

Deep domain familiarity with financial services compliance, risk management, or lending workflows.

Location: This is a remote based role where candidates can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates who are based in CA or MI.
