We re seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy professional to support our growing ecommerce business, with a focus on Amazon and other online retailers. In this fast-paced role, you ll help drive sales performance through reporting, inventory coordination, and digital merchandising while partnering across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Results Areas
Ecommerce & Amazon Support
Support daily operational management of Amazon Vendor Central and other ecommerce platforms
Monitor preorder activity, shortages, cancellations, open orders, and fulfillment issues
Coordinate promotional submissions and merchandising deadlines, including pricing promotions, Kindle campaigns, Vine programs, and other digital initiatives
Track title setup, metadata accuracy, and content completeness across retailer platforms
Identify and escalate operational issues impacting discoverability, conversion, or sales performance
Assist with maintaining retailer-facing title data and ecommerce assets
Reporting & Forecasting Support
Prepare recurring sales, inventory, and performance reporting
Consolidate data from customer portals, internal systems, and reporting tools
Support forecast tracking, reforecast updates, and preorder analysis
Monitor key title performance trends and identify opportunities or risks
Assist in preparing materials for sales meetings, retailer reviews, and internal business updates
Help improve reporting accuracy, visibility, and operational decision-making
Inventory & Operational Coordination
Monitor inventory positions and communicate potential risk areas
Assist with tracking reprints, inbound inventory, and shipment timing
Coordinate operational follow-up with distribution partners and internal stakeholders
Support allocation tracking and high-demand title management
Maintain internal title trackers, sales tools, templates, and operational documentation
Help ensure operational accuracy across online accounts and digital workflows
Cross-Functional Communication & Execution
Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, publishing, operations, and distribution teams
Track action items and support timely follow-through on key initiatives
Assist with meeting preparation, agenda coordination, and operational follow-up
Help improve organizational responsiveness and execution across departments
Position Specifications
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in publishing, ecommerce, sales operations, inventory management, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in ecommerce, digital retail, and operational strategy
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, publishing systems, or retail reporting tools is a plus
