Marketplace Design and Sales Assistant

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Design and Sales Assistant who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work. Marketplace Design and Sales Assistant Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency; 1-3+ years of sales, design, and visual merchandising experience, required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred. A passion for teamwork and building community. Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and adaptability. Marketplace Design and Sales Assistant Responsibilities: Attend goal-setting meetings with management. Design beautiful spaces for our clients including new furniture, lighting, decor, and more. Work on the sales floor selling furniture and home decor to contribute to the team's monthly sales goals. Assist in quarterly display changes and annual inventory counts. Represent our products and design services at on-site and off-site events. Pay: $19.00-$24.00/hr. non-exempt plus commission Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (on-site) .5-1-hour unpaid meal break Tuesday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm - Saturday: 9:00am-3:00pm.
