Your role and responsibilities/ Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Informieren und beraten der Arzte und Apotheken im Vertriebsgebiet zum medizinischen Cannabis mit dem Ziel eines besseren Verstandnisses, einer sicheren Handhabung und einer adaquaten Verordnung zur Erhohung des Absatzes der Produkte in Apotheken; Informing and advising physicians and pharmacies in the distribution area on medicinal cannabis with the aim of improving understanding, safe handling and adequate prescribing to increase sales of the products in pharmacies
• Indikation/Zielgruppe: in erster Linie Allgemeinmediziner, Neurologen, Schmerztherapeuten und Apotheken; Indication/target group: primarily general practitioners, neurologists, pain therapists and pharmacies
• Selbstandiges bereisen des zugeordneten regionalen Gebiets; Independent touring of the assigned regional area
• Planen, koordinieren und durchfuhren von Manahmen zur Erreichung des vereinbarten Vertriebsziels im eigenen Vertriebsgebiet; Planning, coordinating and implementing measures to achieve the agreed sales target in own sales territory
• Aufbauen langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Arzten und Apothekern; Establishing long-term, trusting relationships with physicians and pharmacists
• Selbstandiges durchfuhren von Fort- und Weiterbildungen in Arztpraxen und Apotheken; Independently carrying out further and advanced training in doctors' practices and pharmacies
• Regelmaige Analyse der Absatz- und Umsatzentwicklung in Vertriebsgebiet; Regular analysis of sales
• and turnover development in the sales territory
• Identifikation von Umsatzpotentialen; Identification of sales potentials
• Dokumentation der Besuche im CRM System; Documentation of visits in the CRM system
• Regelmaige Teilnahme an uberregionalen Messen und Tagungen; Regular participation in national trade fairs and conferences
• Selbstandige Erstellung der Tourenplanung; Independent preparation of tour planning
• Berichten der Entwicklungen im Markt und Aktivitaten des Wettbewerbs; Reporting of developments in the market and activities of the competition

Qualifikation- und Ausbildungsanforderungen / Qualifications and education requirements

Erfahrung / Experience

• Pharmaberater nach 75 AMG oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die Sie dazu berechtigt den Beruf eines Pharmaberaters auszuuben; Pharmaceutical consultant according to 75 AMG or a comparable qualification that entitles you to practice the profession of a pharmaceutical consultant
• Verkaufserfahrung mit pharmazeutischen/medizinischen Produkten, mindestens 3 Jahre und nach Moglichkeit im Bereich Schmerz oder MS; Sales experience with pharmaceutical/medical products, at least 3 years and if possible in the field of pain and/or neurology
• Sehr ergebnis- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise; Highly results and goal oriented approach to work
• Starke Prospektions- und Abschlussfahigkeiten; Strong prospecting and closing skills
• Hohe Verlasslichkeit und Eigenmotivation; High level of reliability and self-motivation
