Joist and Deck Takeoffs

Responsibilities

• Prepare joist and deck material takeoff from construction drawings.
• Communication with customers, DSM, and engineers.
• General maintenance of bid list.
• Knowledge of excel, word, blue beam, ftp sites, etc.
• Communicate and interact with other internal departments

Qualifications

• Ability to read construction documents, specs, addendums, etc.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience with standard office equipment.
• Must have good organizational and communication skills
