Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin RE Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Walnut, CA. This is an excellent fit for an experienced real estate professional who wants to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team rather than compete for individual listings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, recruit, onboard, and retain high-caliber real estate agents to expand team capacity and improve production.

- Create actionable daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans that align agent activity with company growth objectives.
- Drive adoption of CRM, project management, productivity, and AI-driven real estate tools to improve workflow and sales performance.
