Business Development Manager Join the launch team of 1-800-Packouts of Fairfield & Westchester, helping homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, and other property damage events. We specialize in packing, inventorying, cleaning, storing, and returning customer belongings while restoration work is completed. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to develop referral relationships, grow revenue, and establish our presence throughout the region.
Location: Fairfield County, CT & Westchester County, NY

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restoration sales, insurance, property services, construction, facility services, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, real estate, or other business development roles requiring relationship-based selling.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid drivers license
• Professional appearance and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth plan
• Build relationships with insurance adjusters, insurance agents, restoration contractors, mitigation companies, property managers, and other referral partners
• Identify new referral partnerships and business opportunities
• Track referral activity and revenue performance
• Represent the company at networking and industry events
• Collaborate with operations to ensure strong service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
