We are seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative who enjoys relationship-based selling, values long-term customer partnerships, and is equally comfortable expanding business through new customer development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an assigned territory by supporting existing accounts and building new customer relationships
Develop long-term partnerships through consistent customer contact and solution-based selling
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market awareness
Sell OEM truck parts for Mack and Volvo , with a strong focus on meeting customer parts needs quickly and accurately
Proactively call on fleet customers, repair facilities, owner-operators, and other prospective accounts
Drive sales growth through relationship-based selling , regular customer visits, and consistent follow-up
Identify new customers and expand wallet share within existing accounts
Stay current on Mack and Volvo parts offerings , product updates, and promotions
Promote OEM parts programs, pricing initiatives, and dealership-supported specials
Accurately write parts orders, ensure proper pricing, and confirm availability
Partner closely with the inside parts team to ensure excellent customer execution and fulfillment
Provide management with key customer insights, territory feedback, and market intelligence
Meet or exceed territory sales goals, market penetration objectives, and profitability expectations
Represent M&K Truck Centers professionally and consistently in the field
What we are looking for
A relationship-focused sales professional who also enjoys developing new business
Experience in heavy-duty truck parts or automotive parts sales
Strong working knowledge of commercial vehicles, diesel parts, OEM and aftermarket products
3–5+ years of outside sales or direct customer-facing experience
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Strong time management and organizational habits
Comfortable with CRM systems and computer-based sales tools
Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused
