The Director of Sales will lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy and execution — driving revenue across group, leisure, and business transient segments while overseeing catering sales and partnerships.

- You bring proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in full-service or lifestyle properties.
- You’re a confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market and always aim higher.
- You’re adept with industry tools and systems, with experience in CRM and sales platforms (Hilton, Marriott, or independent systems a plus).
Qualification Standards
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
- Licenses/Certificates: None required.
- Appearance: All curators must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with Coury Hospitality standards.
