Job Description:
Our client, a company focused on regenerative growing solutions that support healthier soils, stronger crops, and more sustainable farming systems, is seeking a relationship-driven territory sales professional to support and grow business across Northern Iowa. This individual will work closely with growers, dealers, agronomists, and industry partners to build long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted resource on agronomic solutions and products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow customer relationships throughout the territory
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Provide product, agronomic, and customer support
- Maintain sales activity, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Participate in trade shows, field days, and industry events
- Collaborate with leadership on territory growth strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
- Travel throughout Southern Minnesota and surrounding areas as needed

Experience & Background
- Minimum of 3 years of agricultural sales experience required
- Sales Agronomist experience highly desirable
- Background in agronomy, fertilizer, soil health, horticulture, compost, turf, lawn & garden, or related ag inputs preferred
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
