Regional Business Development Manager
SummaryResponsible for driving regional growth through strategic relationship development, market expansion, and opportunity generation within industrial and infrastructure-focused markets. This role works closely with internal technical and operations teams to support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and forecast activity through CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, pricing strategy, and project pursuits.
- Monitor market activity, industry trends, and competitive developments.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade organizations, and client meetings.
- Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, or industrial services.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard business software.
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Regional travel required, including occasional overnight stays.
- Valid drivers license required.
