We specialize in arranging professional vehicle transportation for individuals, dealerships, businesses, military members, students, and relocating customers throughout the United States. We are currently expanding our remote sales team and looking for confident, motivated, and sales-driven individuals to join us as Remote Sales Representative for the U.S. market . This is a full-time remote position where you will communicate with prospective customers, understand their vehicle shipping needs, explain our services, follow up with leads, handle objections, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, fluent in English , persuasive, organized, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective customers interested in shipping vehicles within the United States. Understand customer needs, explain our services, pricing, and process clearly, and recommend the best car transport option. Handle objections, negotiate confidently, follow up consistently, and close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Work with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Working Schedule Full-time remote position. 8 working hours per day. 40 working hours per week. Working hours are aligned with U.S. business hours. Paid vacation days and paid holidays Job Requirements Excellent spoken English is required; the candidate must be able to communicate, explain, negotiate, and handle objections confidently in English. Previous experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, customer service, or call center sales is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and building trust quickly. Experience dealing with U.S. customers is a strong plus, but not required. Ability to work remotely with discipline, focus, and strong time management. Good computer skills and ability to use CRM systems, online tools, and communication platforms. Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn, improve, and grow professionally. Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn our sales process. Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
