We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to manage and inspire our high-performing outside sales team as well as oversight to our inside sales team. The Industrial Sales Manager will develop strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our presence at existing accounts. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to achieve strategic growth and profitability goals for the Industrial Region.
What a day in this role looks like:

Surpass team sales and profitability targets
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, implementing changes to ensure ongoing success
Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the team
Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets and develop initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, and service goals
Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction, and regular management involvement
Develop the sales team's competency in value-add services and solution selling
Conduct one-on-one reviews to assess performance, provide guidance, and identify development needs
Conduct annual performance reviews to foster a performance management culture
Collaborate with marketing, credit, IT, purchasing, operations, and outside sales to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
Set an example for Outside Sales Representatives in personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Engage in selling efforts as needed
What we are looking for you to bring to us:
10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of growth and team performance
Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university
Preferred experience in automation, with Rockwell Automation experience being a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What We Offer You
Compensation: $160,000 to $180,000 with bonus potential
